How long does a project take?
Most engagements run four to ten weeks end to end — roughly a week to scope, one to two weeks in design, two to six weeks building, and a final week to launch and wire up automations. You get a dated schedule with your estimate, before you commit to anything.
What does a fixed price actually cover?
Everything in the written scope — design, build, testing, launch, and handover. If you want something added mid-build, we quote it separately and you decide before we touch it. You will never get an invoice you didn't approve first.
What if I don't like the design?
Every stage includes two rounds of revisions, and you review the work as it's made rather than at the end — so nothing gets far enough off-track to need starting over. If the direction is wrong, we'd rather hear it in week two than week eight.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included — if something we built breaks, we fix it, no invoice. Beyond that you can bring us back for changes as you need them, or take everything in-house. There's no retainer you have to sign to keep your own site working.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one — not at final payment. Source code, design files, domains, hosting, and every credential are in your name and handed over at launch. If you ever want to work with someone else, nothing about that is our decision.
